Sam Moua, 57, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
Sam was born in Laos on May 15, 1954.
Funeral Service will be held at Alaska Cook Inlet Funeral Services chapel on March 23-26, 2012.
Burial will be held at Palmer Pioneer Cemetery, Palmer, Alaska.
